Anxiety is mental health disorder marked by feelings of worry, stress, or fear. As a result they’re strong enough to interfere with your daily activities.

For example anxiety include disorders that include panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder as well as post-traumatic stress disorder.
Symptoms include unhealthy levels of stress. Also they include the inability to set aside a worry and  restlessness.
Treatment for anxiety includes counseling or medications, including antidepressants.
